Congratulations to Mike Lake, April 2026 Employee of the Month! Mike will be retiring this month after working 10 years at Kenwood. Mike works as Maintenance Director and does a great job keeping our building functioning well for our residents. He is extremely hardworking and dedicated, putting in long hours and coming in whenever he is needed, even in the middle of the night and on his days off. He is cheerful and funny and always has a joke when you pass him in the hallway. Mike has great relationships with residents and staff alike and will be sorely missed after his last day. We love you, Mike!
