Make a Friend, Make a Difference:
Anchor Baptist Church is partnering with the Kenwood Activity Department to connect members of their congregation to our residents. These pairs will talk on the phone or over facetime to get to know one another. The community member will also receive a list of the resident’s likes and dislikes and may provide special gifts or snacks periodically. The main objective of this program is to allow our residents without family members nearby to form a relationship with a community member and enjoy visiting with someone new. Thanks to Anchor Baptist Church, JoAnn Snowden, and Pastor Douglas Wilson for helping us get this program started!
